Held at Wabi Sabi Studio in Hexham on the 2nd Friday of each month. A guided Meditation and Breathwork session followed by a Group Healing, where I will work on us as a group and individually. This will be followed by refreshments and a chance to share and ask questions.

Wabi Sabi Studio is off Priestpopple in Hexham and is reached by going through an Archway, walking up to the end of the walkway. You will find the door to Wabi Sabi on the right opposite the garages.
Come inside, remove your shoes and come upstairs to the Studio through the door on the left at the end of the entrance hall.
