What happens in a session

We meet in Hexham on Fridays — or I can visit you at home if needed. Over approximately one hour, I work to identify and remove the energetic root causes of what you're experiencing, whether that's physical illness, emotional patterns, or something harder to name.

After your session I follow up with you directly to check on your progress and give you personal guidance on how to continue your healing.
