Choosing a Session
If you're not sure which session is right for you, the simplest guide is to follow what you're drawn to. The descriptions on each service page give a sense of what each one addresses, but healing rarely stays neatly within a category. If you'd like to talk it through before booking, feel free to get in touch — I'm happy to help you find the right starting point.
When you choose a remote or distance healing session, you do not need to be in the same room — or even the same country — for the work to be effective. Distance is not an obstacle in the quantum field. I do also provide In-Person sessions if you live near me.
Before Your Session
Once you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation with any practical details. Before the session, take a few moments to set a simple intention — there is no need to prepare anything elaborate. If something specific has been weighing on you, hold that in mind. If you're not sure, simply be open.
Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for the duration of the session. You can sit or lie down — whatever feels comfortable. Some people like to have a glass of water nearby.
During Your Session
Most sessions are conducted while you rest quietly at home. I work in the quantum field, so there is no need for a live video call unless you've booked a session that specifically includes one. You may feel sensations during the healing — warmth, tingling, waves of emotion, or simply a deep sense of calm. Some people feel very little in the moment and notice changes in the hours or days that follow. Both are completely normal.
I hold the space for whatever needs to move, without force and without agenda. The intelligence of the healing field guides what happens.
After Your Session
Give yourself time after a session to rest and integrate. Drink plenty of water. Avoid rushing back into a busy schedule if you can. Healing continues to unfold after the session ends — sometimes for several days.
You may notice shifts in how you feel emotionally, physically, or in your thinking. Old patterns may surface briefly before releasing. This is part of the process. If you have questions about what you're experiencing, you're welcome to reach out.
How Many Sessions?
Some people experience significant shifts in a single session. Others find that working across a series of sessions allows deeper layers to be reached and sustained change to take root. There is no fixed prescription. We can talk about what feels right for your situation as we go.
