Becoming Me — A Process
I have been meditating since the age of 19 — over 40 years of sitting with silence, watching the mind, and learning to trust what lies beneath the surface of ordinary experience. From early childhood I was aware of things others seemed not to notice: presences, energies, the unspoken weight of a room. At the time I had no framework for any of it. Over the decades that framework slowly built itself.
I came to understand that much of what we call illness — physical, emotional, mental — has its roots in unresolved trauma. Not only the obvious wounds, but the subtle ones: the moment a child learns it is not safe to feel, the inherited grief carried silently across generations, the decisions made in shock that quietly govern a whole life. The body remembers everything the mind has filed away.
Star Magic found me at the right time. Its precision — working directly in the quantum field, across time and space, addressing root causes rather than symptoms — matched what I had already sensed was possible. I trained formally and have continued to deepen that training ever since.
My own healing path has not been a straight line. I know what it is to carry pain, to search, and to find, piece by piece, a way back to wholeness. That lived experience is at the heart of every session I offer. I do not work at you — I work with you, and with whatever intelligence is moving through the healing field in that moment.

Facilitator Training Level 1 (FT1)
The foundation of Star Magic practice. FT1 covers the core principles of quantum field healing, remote and in-person energy work, light-language activation, and working with the body’s energy anatomy. Upon completion, practitioners are accredited as Star Magic Healing Facilitators and join the ongoing facilitator support network.
Facilitator Training Level 2 (FT2)
An advanced level that significantly expands the practitioner’s toolkit. FT2 explores deeper layers of trauma release, ancestral and past-life healing, and more sophisticated techniques for navigating the quantum field. Relatively few Star Magic practitioners reach this level — it marks a meaningful threshold in skill and experience.
Facilitator Training Level 3 (FT3)
The highest level of Star Magic facilitator training currently available. FT3 represents mastery of the full Star Magic system — the ability to work with complex, multi-layered cases, to facilitate profound shifts in consciousness, and to hold a healing field of exceptional depth and stability. I am one of a small number of practitioners worldwide to hold this accreditation.
Together these three levels mean I can work with a wide range of presenting issues — from recent stress and anxiety to long-standing physical conditions, from relationship patterns rooted in childhood to ancestral wounds carried across lifetimes.
