This policy covers sessions and events booked through robertcornwallhealing.org. It was last updated on 14 October 2026.
Your 14-day right to cancel
When you book online, you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of booking and I'll give you a full refund.
If you'd like your session to take place within those 14 days, I'll ask you to confirm this when we arrange the date. If you then cancel, you'll pay only for any part of the service already provided, and once the session has been fully carried out it can no longer be cancelled.
Private sessions
This covers Distance Healing, Healing Sessions via Zoom, Individual Life Journeys and In Person sessions.
- 48 hours' notice or more: you can move your session to another date at no cost, or cancel for a full refund.
- Less than 48 hours' notice, or a missed session: the first time, I'll move your session once at no cost. After that, a late cancellation or missed session counts as the session having taken place, and no refund is due.
- Distance Healing: I carry out the session at the agreed time, and you don't need to be present. Once it has been carried out, the session is complete and your written report follows.
Entity & Shadow Parasite Removal
The same notice applies to each of the two sessions. If you decide not to continue after the first session, I'll refund the part of the fee for the second session (£222).
Team or Business Journeys
Cancellation terms for bespoke work are agreed in writing at our initial meeting. Until then, your 14-day right to cancel applies.
Group events
This covers the Wabi Sabi evenings and online group healings.
- 7 days' notice or more: full refund.
- Less than 7 days' notice: I'll move your place to the next event.
- Online group healings: everyone who books is included in the healing and receives the recording, so you won't miss out if you can't attend live.
Discovery calls
Discovery calls are free. If you need to change yours, just let me know.
If I need to cancel
If I have to cancel or move a session or event, you can choose a new date or a full refund.
