“I was diagnosed with breast cancer in early 2022 and began working with Robert shortly after my diagnosis. I was frightened, overwhelmed, and exhausted by the medical process. The sessions with Robert gave me something I didn’t know I needed: a sense of stillness at the centre of everything that was happening. I can’t explain exactly what shifted in those sessions, but physically I felt less pain, my sleep improved, and emotionally I found a steadiness I’d lost. I finished treatment in the autumn.
