This is one of the topics people ask me about most. Questions such as – Have I got one? If so how did it get there? Can you remove it ?
Importantly I want to speak about this plainly, without drama or fear.
What is an entity?
An entity is another consciousness that enters us and then directs our lives often to create fear, confusion, depression and doubt - low frequency states and situations which bring us and those around us down. Often so that this lower state energy can be used by the entity or others.
Shadow parasites are a particular kind — they feed on lower-frequency emotions such as fear, shame, or grief.
These things can be found and removed. They are often connected to contracts that we have made in the past and past lives.
What matters is recognising when something is present and knowing that there is help available.
How does an entity enter us?
The most common entry points are moments when our energy field is weakened or open. This can happen through deep shock or trauma, through grief, through prolonged periods of fear or low mood, or through the use of alcohol or substances in ways that lower our natural energetic boundaries.
In some cases, entities can be present from early in life — even from birth — particularly where there is ancestral or karmic patterning involved. Often as I have said they are connected to contracts. They can also enter through portals in someone’s energetic structure.
How do you know if you have one?
Very often, you will be totally unaware, since your actions, feelings are controlled by the entity. I have removed entities in people who afterwards are shocked that their behaviour can change overnight. Often relationships change for the better since the entity’s sole purpose was to cause chaos, disrupt, bring us and others down. Sometimes you might notice that you are going round in circles, can’t ascend because you are constantly going round in circles through repeated patterns. There can be recurring patterns of self-sabotage that don’t respond to other kinds of work.
If any of those resonate, it doesn’t necessarily mean an entity is present — but it may be worth exploring. I can usually sense what is there within a session.
How is an entity removed?
This is the work I do on my Entity and Shadow Parasite Removal page, and it’s one of the areas where I find Star Magic particularly effective. In a session, I use my psychic abilities to identify what is present — seeing and feeling into the energy field — and then work using my training to release and remove it. First we break the contracts that you have in the field and then I remove the entity and/or any shadow parasites.
The process is gentle. The client simply relaxes. People can physically react when the entity is removed or even make sounds. Afterwards, many people describe a distinct sense of lightness or relief — a feeling of coming back to themselves. Sometimes the shift is immediate; sometimes it unfolds over the days following a session. I provide advice on how to remain clear and how to avoid being re-contracted.
Sessions are available remotely as well as in person. The work is just as thorough either way. It usually takes at least two sessions to make sure everything is clear.
